Wedgwood’s annual Pumpkin Party begins on Saturday, October 4, 2025. This month the Hunter Tree Farm site, 7744 35th Ave NE, next door to the Wedgwood Post Office, is transformed into a Pumpkin Patch. Local scout troops host pumpkin sales to raise funds for their programs. The pumpkin sales will be open on Saturdays and Sundays through the last weekend of the month, October 25-26.

The Hunter Tree Farm is a unique site in Wedgwood which provides open space throughout the year and a space for special events. In the autumn season, fruit & vegetable stands give way to pumpkins, and soon there will be Christmas trees for sale at the site.
The history of the Hunter Tree Farm site is that it was once the location of the Wedgwood Gardens plant nursery business. When that business closed in the early 1960s, the property was divided up into three lots. Hunter Tree Farm is in the middle lot, with the Wedgwood Post Office on one side and a Grassy Lot on the other, a lot owned by Wedgwood Presbyterian Church.
