The Nevins and Park Plat in Wedgwood

Kroll map east half of 4-25-4

The 1930 Kroll Publishers map shows the Nevins and Park Addition at the top among the pink squares of the remaining Mary Chandler plat. The Seattle College property was owned by the Jesuits who eventually sold it to Albert Balch, the developer of Wedgwood. Squares on the properties show the locations of houses as of 1930.
